This notice explains what Web Asset House collects when you subscribe to Local Government Grant Radar and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Your email address and its subscription status (pending, active or unsubscribed), with the times it changed.
  • Consent evidence: the website the sign-up came from and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.
  • A delivery record for each issue sent to you.

How it is used

Your address is used only to send the confirmation email and the weekly digest. It is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. Messages are delivered through an email service provider, and this service is hosted on Cloudflare; both process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Retention

  • Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
  • When you unsubscribe, your address is kept as a suppression record so that you are not emailed again.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
